This is to say a big thank you for all of the help and support we received from you personally and from your team at the A J Bell stadium to ensure that we enjoyed another successful and smooth-running ICT for Education event last Thursday and Friday.
We really appreciate the extra mile you went to ensure that we had good internet connectivity in the Barton and Cadishead Lounges, which, as you know, is an essential requirement for our exhibitors in the ICT field. I would particularly like to mention and thank Laky and Charlie in particular for the close support we received from them and from their team throughout the exhibition and conference. We work at many different venues up and down the land and we always receive excellent customer service at the A J Bell Stadium.

Thanks for all your help with our recent budget seminar at the AJ Bell. We felt the event was a great success and really liked the room/set up at the stadium. It is a venue we will definitely consider using again and the location/parking is great too.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say what a fantastic event the Prom was last night at the AJ Bell and how pivotal your team were in making the event a success. I have lost count of how many Prom’s I have organised, but last nights was by far the best. Hannah has been simply brilliant in helping me organise the event and has always been available and very accommodating in every request I had. Last night from the word go the pupils had a great experience, Eddie and Ross from security welcomed them all so well and were so polite when searching bags etc. Lewis and Harrison were superb with our pupils and staff and the service from them and their team was absolutely first class. Seb the DJ had every pupil on the dance floor for pretty much the whole night and the food was simply excellent, not often you get positive feed back from 16 year olds about food, but both staff and pupils loved the meal. I thought it was important to let you know as I think positive feedback is just as important as a complaint. Many thanks again for an amazing evening, please pass our thanks on to the team from the staff, pupils and parents and we look forward to hopefully having the event with you again next year.

Just to feedback all was great on Wednesday, the lady looking after us (should have asked her name sorry) with refreshments was really helpful in the event running smoothly and to plan, and Lewis was there in the morning to greet us to run through the day.
